MEMBERSHIP of AMPSiM The constitution of AMPSiM stipulates the following criteria for accepting the class of Margi membership: "Margii: Any natural person of at least 18 years of age who has been initiated into the intuitional practices of the organization, complying with the general social and spiritual disciplines of the organization, and who actively promotes the objectives of the organization by words and deeds. A minor may be eligible for membership through his/her guardian." Membership of AMPSiM is a pre-requisite for voting in AMPSiM's General Assembly Meetings which are held after the first Dharmacakra in February every year. It is also a pre-requisite for being accepted in the electoral roll for the Bhukti Pradha'na election and standing for election of the Board of Directors. Memberships are approved by the President of AMPSiM in consultation with the local ácárya/á. Members are obliged to donate 2 % of their income for public service according to Baba's instruction in Chapter 25 of Caryacarya, Part I. member application form BENEFITS Upon successful registration, receipt of your photograph and membership feee you will be issued with a laminated ID card as a proof of your membership valid for 5 years. Besides voting rights, holders of valid IDs get 5% discount on all product and services offered or sponsored by AMPSiM such as books, CD's, seminars and conferences, access to our member site and much more. |
